Quinoa Chocolate Bar Recipe
25 Grams of Coconut Dried
100 Grams of Dark Chocolate with 70% Cocoa
1 Handful of Almonds
1 Cup (200 Ml) Quinoa (Cooked)
1 Tea Cup (Regular) Pumpkin Seed
1 Tablespoon (Shredded) Ginger (Root)
A glass of Hazelnut Oil
10 (Medium) Dry Dates
4 Dessert Spoons Coconut Oil
1-Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan at low-medium heat.
2-After removing the pits of dates, crush them with a fork and add them to the saucepan with grated ginger and fresh ginger.
3-Cook them for a few minutes on low heat by rotating them in the pan to mix them well. Then take it out of the fire.
4- Add pumpkin seeds, baked quinoa and chopped almonds. Add some salt, if necessary, to taste.
5-Spread baking paper on a baking sheet and pour the mixture. Spread it on the tray by pressing it to be about 2 cm thick. You can use your hands or a spatula for this procedure.
6-While melting chocolate in a double boiler put the baking tray in the refrigerator or freezer.
7-Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture in the tray you removed from the cupboard and use a spatula to distribute it evenly.
8-Then sprinkle with grated coconut.
9-Put it in the refrigerator or freezer until it cools again and hardens.
